aquisitions.

UKA is a UK based company focusing on pan European property acquisitions investment
together with asset and funds management.
UKA's primary objectives are to build upon its extensive pan European platform and
funds management opportunities. It is building out its asset and property management
business across Europe and continues to source an institutional grade real estate
pipeline.
UKA sources portfolios and individual properties from third parties and has acquired
well over €850m worth of property investments during the last 12 months.
UKA has an extensive international network and has a vision to create structures
for its investors and partners throughout the international property market.
UKA's executive directors are based in their London headquarters having an average
of approximately 25 years experience and expertise in all sectors of the property

John is a director and founding principal of UKA, with over 36 years experience
in the property industry. John is a founding director of Marylebone Warwick Balfour
Group Plc, a UK publicly listed company which specialises in property investment
and development, as well as property related operational companies including Liberty
Plc (retail) and Mal Maison and Hotel Du Vin (hotels). John was responsible for
the creation of the UK’s largest portfolio of commercial leisure and retail parks
(€750 million) within a funds management structure. John is a fellow of the Royal
Institute of Chartered Surveyors in the UK.

Anthony Green

Anthony is a director and founding principal of UKA, with over 34 years experience
in the property industry. Anthony jointly established Falcon Land, a property company
which has a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties and which
undertakes developments retained for long term investment. In addition, in 1981
he co-founded Anthony Green & Spencer, a specialist investment and development business
that was responsible for pioneering discount retailing in the UK and which has joint
ventures with HSBC, Arsenal Football Club, Blackfriars and Grantchester.

Robert Akkerman

Robert is a director and founding principal of UKA and has extensive Australian
and UK property market experience. Previously with Knight Frank in Sydney, Robert
has been involved in active asset management on behalf of various UK and overseas
companies and institutions including Credo, HSBC, Blackfriars and Reit Asset Management.
